AI prompt injection testing

LLM and chat security.

Automated scan (prompt injection, jailbreaking, leakage) and hands-on assessment. Test chat UIs and AI APIs before launch or for compliance.

Load testing

Performance under load.

What we check

SEO

Title, meta description, canonical, Open Graph, robots.txt, and basic crawl signals so your pages are discoverable.

Accessibility (WCAG, ADA, Section 508, EAA)

WCAG 2.1–oriented checks: alt text, labels, landmarks, focus, contrast, and structure so content is accessible by default. Findings map to success criteria.

Compliance

Privacy policy link, terms of service link, cookie consent presence, and copy that supports GDPR/CCPA expectations.

Security & performance

HTTPS, headers, and reliability. We detect what backend is serving the site (PHP, Python/Django, Go from headers or page hints) and check for known vulnerabilities (CVEs) when versions are disclosed.

Frequently asked questions

What does SiteInspect scan?

We scan for SEO (title, meta, canonical, Open Graph, robots), accessibility and ADA/WCAG (alt text, labels, landmarks, focus, contrast, form validation and required-field a11y), compliance (privacy policy, terms link, cookie consent), security/performance (HTTPS, headers, reliability), and scrapeability (robots.txt, challenge/block detection, rate limits). Paid reports include a readiness score and a scrapeability score; you get screenshots per page and expandable “and X more” for findings on many pages. See Docs for the full list.

What’s the difference between free and paid?

Free: one URL per scan; you get a score and top 3–5 critical findings. One free scan per 12 hours (no account required). Paid: multiple pages per scan (same domain), full prioritized report, screenshots, and PDF export. Paid scans use subscription allowance or one-time scan credits; you’re only charged when a scan starts, and we refund if the scan fails or times out. See Docs.

Does this cover ADA / accessibility compliance?

We run WCAG-oriented checks (e.g. alt text, landmarks, focus, contrast) and surface them in an Accessibility & Compliance section. We don’t provide legal advice; use results to prioritize fixes and consider a formal audit for compliance claims.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Enter your URL in the browser; we run the scan on our side and show you the results. For multi-page and full reports, use the dashboard after signing up.

How do I fix the issues you report?

Each finding includes short fix guidance. The full report (paid) orders issues by priority, shows which pages each issue was found on (with an expandable “and X more” when there are many), and includes screenshots per page. The report shows both a readiness score and a scrapeability score. Our documentation explains each category and how to interpret the report.

Can I scan pages that require login?

Yes. In the dashboard, when you start a new scan, you can optionally use “Use authenticated session” and paste session cookies (exported from your browser, e.g. DevTools → Application → Cookies). We use them only for that scan. We never store cookies permanently—they are deleted as soon as the scan finishes or fails. Use a limited or test account when exporting cookies; do not use an admin or elevated-privilege account. See Docs.

Do I need to verify my domain to run paid scans?

No. Domain verification is optional. You can run paid scans on any URL. If you verify a domain in Settings → Domains, only your organization can scan that domain; other organizations cannot. Unverified domains can be scanned by any paid customer.

What if a scan fails or gets stuck?

Free scans time out after 15 minutes and are marked failed so you can run another free scan (subject to the 12-hour limit). Paid scans time out after 45 minutes; if a paid scan fails or times out, we automatically refund the scan (credit or subscription slot) so you don’t lose it. The dashboard shows real-time progress (pages scanned and a list of completed pages) so you can see how the scan is going.

Do you offer pentesting?

Yes. We offer a narrowly scoped automated pentest and hands-on penetration testing: our team runs exploit testing (IDOR, auth bypass, session and business logic) and delivers a detailed report. Three hands-on tiers — Basic, Professional, and Enterprise — plus the automated option. See Solutions and Pricing.

Do you offer load testing?

Yes. We offer automated load tests (one run per credit; you provide the target URL and we run the test and deliver a report) and hands-on load testing engagements: Basic (1–2 days, single app/API), Standard (3–5 days, multiple scenarios), and Enterprise (full assessment and SLA). Reports include throughput, latency, and recommendations. See Docs and Pricing.
